Do your employees "buy in" to your business vision?

Effective leadership includes developing a clear company mission and vision, with achievable goals to measure progress and success. The next important step is to get your staff to enter into your mission and vision.

It isn't enough simply to explain the corporate plan; your employees must be given an opportunity to embrace it. Start by enlisting the support of your managers and supervisors. Without unified support for your vision, they will not be working together toward a common purpose, which will only result in dissension and distraction.

Start by boldly staring your plan and ask your staff to respond with suggestions for implementation and fallow-through. Make your vision easy to grasp and your employees will take ownership of the process. The resulting unity of purpose will bring success to your business.

Surety there is a future, and your hope will not be cut off (Proverbs 23:18).

Scripture: And the king stood by the pillar and made a covenant before the LORD. ... And all the people entered into the covenant (2 Kings 23:3).
