Are coworkers getting your goat and making you mad? Coworkers are to be considered as our
brothers and sisters. When we experience conflict with
coworkers. God expects us to be the peacemaker. Always
be open to the possibility that you might be wrong. When When you believe others have wronged you don't let time go by before you go to them directly and privately. Then, calmly and clearly express your concern. Request any change of behavior or attitude you believe is essential. Remember to listen carefully for feedback and endeavor to resolve the issues completely and constructively. Both teamwork and morale will increase. Your workplace will become more enjoyable as God's love shines through you. A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger (Proverbs 15:1). Scripture: Be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering (Matthew 5:24).
