Do you know when to break out of your routine?

One definition of insanity is "continuing to do the same things, but expecting different results." In business, it's easy to get in a rut following routines and established practices. When you have given a good effort to an initiative but gotten nowhere, if you are treading water or going in circles, its time to break out, change directions, try something bold and new.

Stop long enough to determine what kind of change will bring the best results, then break the circle. If the new direction goes nowhere, stop and rethink your position. But if you are making progress, press on and keep the momentum going.

If you're not willing to change, you'll get nowhere. Break out of your rut and forge a new direction for business success.

When you walk, your steps will not be impeded; and if
you run, you will not stumble (Proverbs 4:12).

Scripture: And the LORD spoke to [Moses] saying, "You have circled this mountain long enough; Now turn-north" (Deuteronomy 2:2—3).
